Two-Bedroom Townhomes (1800 sq ft) $1350

Two-Bedroom Garden Apartments (1140 sq ft) $1100-$1200

We allow both cats and dogs.

- Townhomes tenants pay electric, gas & water. All are individually metered.

- Garden Apartments pay metered electric & gas with water at a low flat monthly rate of $60.

- Trash is paid by owner

- Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply

- Deposit is equal to 1-2 month’s rent with approved credit 

- We offer 12 month lease terms

- We offer Deposit & Co-Signer programs

On-site maintenance staff will assist with repair needs during business hours. We also have an after-hours call center to assist with any unexpected maintenance emergencies. In Addition, there is a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
